Corey Reyment is a full-time real estate investor originally from Green Bay, now splitting their time between Florida in the winters and Door County, Wisconsin, the rest of the year. Corey and his wife Carrie bought their first duplex at the end of 2016 and parlayed that into 115 doors within three years of that first purchase using the BRRRR Strategy, and now have over 140 doors while running I Buy W I and Wisconsin Discount Properties, the largest real estate wholesaling and flipping company in Wisconsin, where they did about $3.5 million in revenue in 2024. He has 4 kids who they homeschool so they can travel with their kids and teach them the world through experiences. Outside of real estate, Corey loves spending time with his family, being on the water, and traveling.
