Jarrod Day graduated from Morehouse College with a degree in Chemistry and a minor in math. From there, he went to Duke University School of Medicine where he received the tools and training to eventually become a board-certified vascular surgeon. He has always had a love for real estate and began his investment career in 2019 with his first set of rental properties. Although still practicing medicine full-time, Jarrod saw how the creation of wealth through real estate afforded more time to spend not only with his wife and young children but also more time on his passion for real estate. As a result, he has semi-retired from surgery to join his wife, Tomeka, in their real estate business. Tomeka Day is the author of 21 Days to a Prosperous Mindset, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a pediatrician, a wife, and a mother of 3 children. She is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University with a BS Degree in Biology. She also earned a Doctor of Medicine Degree from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Tomeka has always had a passion for real estate and joined forces with her husband in 2019 to start their investment career. Together, Jarrod and Tomeka have worked to grow their real estate business and have seen fantastic returns as a result. They have now dedicated their lives to helping others enjoy great investment returns through real estate to create their own generational wealth.
