Ben & Cheryl is a father-daughter team. Ben has been investing in real estate for over 25 years. Cheryl just joined him in this world of real estate investing a couple of months ago. However, they have worked together in a previous home-based business. Cheryl M. White is a Certified Life Coach with decades of experience helping others master the moment through mentorship and coaching. She has helped others push beyond self-doubt, negative thinking, and internal dialogue to identify their God-given talent, to live a life of purpose and unlimited possibilities. Cheryl received her Coaching certification from Accomplishment Coaching, a year-long training in Washington, DC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shaw University in Sociology, with a Minor in Religion, and a master’s degree in public administration from Strayer University. She is a Deaconess who looks for opportunities to encourage, inspire, and motivate God’s people. Benjamin Mayo served in the United States Army as a Communication Center Specialist during the Vietnam War. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Ben received an associate in applied science degree from Edgecombe Community College in Law Enforcement and Business Administration. His real estate investing career began in 1995, investing in single-family properties. He also invested in Stocks and Stock Options. Ben is a student of Ron LeGrand and has a Graduated Master's in real estate investing. Ben and Cheryl are members of Jay’s Platinum Plus Program and Mastermind coaching group.
