Private Money and Passive Income in Real Estate: Insights from Todd Corbin and Jay Conner”


Todd Corbin’s story is an interesting one. Todd became a pastor’s kid at age 15, and from that moment on, he has been engulfed in the world of Christian ministry. 


He taught for 9 years in 3 different Christian high schools; worked in churches as a worship leader and youth leader; over the years, he led 30 different teams of teens and adults on short-term mission trips all over the world; served for nearly 10 years as a missionary in Budapest, Hungary; and has been ministering for the past 19 years as a mentor/consultant to the teenage and young adult children of missionaries. 


He is a public speaker, actor, and musician who has spoken and performed all over the world.


Todd has a beautiful wife, Liana, of 30 years; and the Corbins have 2 adult sons. In 2022, the Corbins moved from Orlando, FL to Clayton, NC, where Todd founded his real estate investment company, Integrity Investment Solutions.


As Todd and Liana started approaching their retirement years, they began to get concerned about how they would provide for themselves financially, as it was clear to them they had not saved nearly enough money for retirement over the years. 


At the same time, the Corbins are very passionate about spending their lives serving people. So during the Covid years, the predicament of how they could meld those two things together—provide for their own financial needs AND still be able to serve people—came to the forefront of Todd’s thinking. 


Then in 2022, he was introduced to Jay’s program, and it blew his mind. Todd believes this program of investing in real estate by using private money was God’s answer to their predicament. 


Here was a way to teach people that there are better ways to invest your money to prepare for your future that are more secure with higher returns, while at the same time using your business to help distressed homeowners and people who can’t yet qualify for a mortgage to realize the dream of owning their own home. 


Todd and Liana are passionate about building this business to a place where hundreds and thousands of lives can be impacted through this incredible private money lending program.
