Since starting the company, he has overseen the completion of more than $500 million in new construction across 50+ projects spanning 28 Twin Cities suburbs, ranging from new home construction to apartment rehab and commercial building. With more than 35 years of experience in property redevelopment, Dale has taken Centra Companies to new heights opening several divisions, including Centra Homes, under his leadership. As a husband and a father to six children and a leader at his church congregation, he is a kind, caring, and understanding individual and a solution-oriented leader who takes pride in being honest, and transparent, and fostering long-term relationships based on trust and collaboration. Not afraid of hard work, he and his wife run a small farm in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis where they raise cattle, pigs, horses, and chickens.
