Pablo Villa-Martinez was born in California and raised in Texas, he is the youngest of 7. He attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 2016. He went on to work in the Electric Utility industry where he designed Electric Utility overhead and underground structures while also Project Managing, where he helped many customers obtain electricity. He was in the electric utility industry for 10 years until he discovered real estate. Joining the real estate industry in 2021 by accident. He worked on finding deals and learning more and more about the real estate Industry. After starting on his own and realizing that is not the way, he joined the Jay Conner Mastermind. With the help of the Mastermind family, he has zoomed into a specific business model. His business motto is, "It starts with people and ends with people". Pablo has 3 primary programs. They are his: Private Lending Program Foreclosure Mitigation Rent to Own Program Pablo’s passion and main focus is on educating people on how to use their Investment capital and retirement accounts or previous 401ks to invest safely and securely without the hassle of all the landlord headaches and achieve incredibly high rates of return backed by real estate. He aims to transform lives and provide affordable housing one door at a time. Pablo helps people who cannot buy or sell a home traditionally. With the help of private lenders, he is able to help them move to the next stage of their life.
