Maura McGraw is a real estate investor and Marine veteran. Prior to starting her business, Maura served ten years as a Marine Logistics Officer. In 2018, Maura founded Duratus Properties, a real estate investment firm based in Alabama, and has grown it to $3M in annual revenue with a portfolio of 50+ properties. She also co-founded a Property Management company called Freedom Ventures Property Management in 2019 and grew it to 600+ AUM in 3 years. Maura has a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in Political Communications from George Washington University. Maura lives in Fairhope, Alabama with her husband Jim, and two young children, Maeve and Connor. In her limited spare time, she likes to work out, garden, and scuba dive.
