With over 25 years of leadership in real estate educational coaching and personal development. Beginning his career as a U.S. Army Chaplain, Dave transitioned to real estate in 2000, where he quickly became a trusted executive and collaborator with industry leaders such as Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Mark Victor Hansen, Forbes Riley, Anthony Morrison, and Fortune Builders. He was a partner and leader in real estate educational companies that generated over $ 1 billion in sales from 2005 to 2015. In 2013, Dave pivoted his focus to passive real estate investments, specializing in syndications and development projects. By partnering with hundreds of investors, he has raised substantial capital and helped clients secure financial independence through stable, scalable investment opportunities. His integrity and results-driven approach have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in wealth creation and real estate strategy. During COVID, at the request of Dean Graziosi, Dave helped him and Tony Robbins turn around two divisions of the company, including Business Mastery, as Tony’s mission moved from conducting live events to virtual events and sales. Although he’s coached and guided hundreds of people on their path to success, it wasn’t until Dave went through his own “dark of the ego” and truly learned how to surrender at the deepest levels and find his true path. Since doing some deep spiritual work, he has become a best-selling author and developed his “Beyond Mindset” coaching, which outlines his philosophy of going all the way upstream to the root cause of issues, so every area of your life has immediate and long-lasting success.
