Beginning his career as a U.S. Army Chaplain, Dave transitioned to real estate in 2000, where he quickly became a trusted executive and collaborator with industry leaders such as Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Mark Victor Hansen, Forbes Riley, Anthony Morrison, and Fortune Builders. He was a partner and leader in real estate educational companies that generated over $ 1 billion in sales from 2005 to 2015. In 2013, Dave pivoted his focus to passive real estate investments, specializing in syndications and development projects.
