Kenneth Webb graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2004 and has obtained both a master’s and doctorate in Nurse Anesthesiology. He bought his first investment property way back in 1999, using creative financing, and has remained interested in real estate investing to this day. Dr. Webb bought a few rental units over the years, but it was COVID-19 that exposed the real weakness in relying heavily on his day job. Since then, he has been active in real estate education and investing with his company BEHL Properties, LLC. Kenneth is most passionate about teaching people how to invest passively in real estate without all the hassles of finding properties, negotiating contracts, rehabbing houses, or becoming a landlord.
