Joe and Jenn Delle Fave have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. At one point, they owned five rental properties but quickly realized that dealing with maintenance and repairs—and relying on traditional bank financing—was limiting their ability to scale their business. In 2017, they transitioned all their rental properties to a rent-to-own model and haven't looked back! In March 2020, Joe and Jenn turned their part-time real estate investing business into a full-time venture. Since then, they have acquired millions of dollars' worth of real estate without relying on banks, using none of their own credit and little to no money down. Today, they also help clients achieve similar success using these creative real estate investing strategies.
