After purchasing his first two mobile home parks in Washington state, Gabe founded Kaizen Properties and now operates nationally buying and repositioning self-storage and mobile home parks across the US. With extensive experience across many different asset classes and strategies, Gabe eventually decided to start what you know today as The Real Estate Investing Club podcast and YouTube show.
