Eric, also known as Banjo, and his lovely wife Erica Camardelle are the proud owners of Salt & Light Property Solutions. They grew up in Southeastern Louisiana but moved to Southwest MS about 5 years ago. They live in the woods, on about 60 acres in a log cabin along with their 4 children and many pets. They invest anywhere in Southern MS and LA and look to expand further along the Gulf Coast. They have done approximately 50 deals. They currently manage about 30 doors including 22 storage units (counted as one door.) They are accredited investors and published authors, and they also run a successful local REIA and Business Networking Group. They both enjoy teaching Sunday School for the youth and also teach the young kids on Wednesday evenings at the church.
